THE ADULT POINTSCORE (FOR
DOGS 12 MONTHS AND OLDER)
- Results may be
submitted from any Championship Show in Australia.
- A Maximum of
fifteen (15) results are to be submitted for any one exhibit
Nomination.
- All results
submitted count towards an exhibit's total score, so you need to
be selective as to which results you submit. Once you have
submitted 15 results for each nominated dog, that completes the
competition for that particular dog. You cannot replace lower
show results for larger ones later on.
- This is a
breed based competition, therefore group or in show placings do
not count.
- Exhibits can
enter the competition at any stage during the 12 month period but
a nomination form and fee must be received by the Co-ordinator
prior to being allowed to submit results.
- Shows with
less than two exhibitors do not qualify for result submission.
You must, therefore have competition other than dogs owned by
yourself to be eligible to submit results from that show.
- Absentees do
not count toward the number of exhibits entered.
- Results,
accompanied by a scan or photocopy of the marked catalogue page/s
for the breed and a copy of challenge or best of breed certificate
to be submitted to the Co-ordinator within 28 days of the show
being held, using the official BMO submission form.
- A final result
which is tied shall be decided based upon the addition of all CC
points earned by the tied exhibits, the winner being determined by
the highest number of CC points.
- In the event
of this still being a tie, then a count back system will apply.
- Participants
are responsible for the accurate submission of results. Errors
identified relating to submissions will result in the loss of
points for the respective shows without the ability to replace
same with additional submissions and it will be noted on the
competition table that your result is void.
- Winners of the
competition will have their dogs photo on the Bullmastiffs Online
Hall of Fame (yet to be added to the site)
THE PUPPY POINTSCORE (FOR
DOGS 6 - 12 MONTHS)
- Puppies must
be over 6 months to commence the competition for Puppy of the
Year. Puppies will cease earning points towards Puppy of the Year
once they have reached the age of 12 months.
- You may submit
up to 20 results for the above Puppy pointscore. All results must
be accompanied by a scan or photocopy of the marked catalogue
page/s for the breed and a copy of challenge or best of breed
certificate (if awarded) to be submitted to the Co-ordinator
within 28 days of the show being held.
- Shows with
less than two exhibitors in Minor Puppy or Puppy classes do not
qualify for result submission. You must, therefore have
competition with at least one other dog in the age class you are
submitting results for to be eligible for that particular show.
Unlike the main pointscore, these two or more dogs may be owned
solely by yourself.
- In the event
of a Tied result in the Puppy Competition, a count back system
will apply, with the runner-up being determined by the puppy who
first reaches the lowest score.
- Participants
are responsible for the accurate submission of results. Errors
identified relating to submissions will result in the loss of
points for the respective shows without the ability to replace
same with additional submissions and it will be noted on the
competition table that your result is void.
